Shipping & Return
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do not require signatures upon receipt. Most orders are delivered within 2-7 business days.
Allow up to 3 extra business days for packages that show delivered prior to contacting us. Please contact us at email@example.com if you encounter an issue with your shipment.
We offer a full refund of the purchase price on our products within 60 days from the date of purchase. In order to return your product and receive a refund, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will respond to you with a return authorization and instructions. To receive a full refund, please return all bottles (full or empty). Please note for orders including more than 2 bottles, all additional bottles must be sealed. Once your return is received, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, and a notification will be sent to your email on file. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
Please note refusing a delivery does not return the package to our operations and your refund will not be processed. Please contact us with any questions.
Modify or cancel your order
Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you would like to return an unwanted order, please follow the instructions above for “Returns.” During the checkout process, you certify that you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors prior to submitting your order. We are not responsible for products being shipped to the wrong address due to input errors.
